I manage flare-ups with extra relaxation, stretching, more tea, less wine (not no wine), and extra hydration. Sleep is super important but in a flare doesn't always happen. Remembering not to over do it is the hardest part for me. Making a dinner with lots of stirring or chopping could make the rest of my week more difficult so I look for easy dinners where I can. Meal prepping has saved me in some of my biggest flare-ups, having ingredients that are already chopped either store bought or pre-chopped buy me is key! What do you do to manage your falre-ups?
